Easy food swaps that’ll help reduce your overall calories for the day!

I’ve compiled a list of some of my favourite food swaps that are very similar to the higher calorie or fat content alternative… 

Why have I done this? 

Well, for the most part we’re moving a lot less than we usually do… plus if you’re anything like me you’ll eat when you’re bored.

This is why it’s a good idea to have go to foods that aren’t excessively high in calories.

Sweet:

Protein bars vs Regular Chocolate Bars

Fruit vs Jelly Sweets

Low Cal Ice Cream vs Regular Ice Cream

Fibre One Bars or Soreen Mini Loafs vs Regular Cakes

Savoury:

Tortilla Wrap Pizzas vs Regular Pizzas 

Bagel Thin vs Regular Bagel

Proper Chips vs Doritos 

Reduced Fat Cheese (both hard and soft variations) vs Regular Cheese

Turkey Mince vs Beef Mince

Chicken Breast vs Chicken Thighs

Reduced Fat Burgers vs Regular Burgers
